Rubbish unreliable WHSmith outlet on eBay paid for next day delivery by DPD and guess what nothing arrived still in the middle of nowhere. I would of thought better of this company obviously not if you come across this stupid unreliable company on eBay avoid I did order a gift for someone but only received poor services very unprofessional.

Try shopping at WHSmiths at London Victoria station. Nearly every time I shop there they have offers on the isle that the tills don’t recognise. Even went send to the manual desks, they check the isles and say it doesn’t show up but still don’t give the discounts. They prey on turnover, speed due to people needing to catch a train. The offers advertised are not accessible unless you have time to stand and argue your case. Very poor

My only problem with WHSmith orders is that they are always later being delivered than stated on the site. I’d prefer it to say within 1-2 working days, rather than next working day.
One of the items we had was damaged, but they had it in store, so was very quickly sorted out.

Googled a book I wanted and WHSmith came up as having it in stock. There was a discount on the RRP so I placed an order. It did say 1-2 weeks for delivery which is more than I expected but it did turn up about a week later so I am happy about that.

I did not receive the packagep

All good - love these notebooks - paper is great quality and they feel great. only thing is they could do with a string in them so you know what page you're on - i pasted one to the back page so can use it.

When I ordered my Norton and USB stick they both arrived within 36 hours Really impressed

Not delivered when stated

My order was delivered just as promised and the
items most satisfactory.

I placed an order for collection on June 26th. I received an acknowledgement of the order but since then just advertising e-mails but no updates. I have contacted customer services but as yet no reply.

Excellent service, fast & no problems.
